The CGL Puck Monster is a vintage,
tabletop handheld electronic game released in 1982. It is a
classic Pac-Man clone originally designed by the Japanese electronics
company Gakken and imported to the UK and Ireland by Computer
Games Limited (CGL)
Objective: Guide Puck Monster through eight different maze designs, eating all the glowing pellets while avoiding the chasing ghosts.Power Ups: Just like the arcade original, eating larger shimmering pellets allows Puck to briefly turn the tables and consume the ghosts.Lives: Players start with three lives.Difficulty: There are two skill levels available, with Level 2 featuring faster and tougher ghosts.
The unit and screen are in a good condition with some blemishes and signs of wear but the electronics have been fully serviced and tested and this works well with a bright, vivid screen.
