Made of tin with plush covering and cloth clothes. Approx 9 1/2" tall.  Excellent condition with no breaks, rust or stains.  It works great, pipe lights up, head moves up and down and he shines his shoe with both arms moving side to side. Yes, he even still smokes!  Battery box is clean. The box is in rough condition with repairs but great graphics for displaying. The insert is intact though torn. A beautiful toy!
