This listing is for the authentic, vintage 1964 Mattel Barbie "Barbie in Japan" (#0821) red kimono robe ONLY. No obi (sash), sandals, or other accessories are included.

**CONDITION DETAILS (TLC / Repair Needed):**

* **Neckline & Collar:** The white collar band has detached from the main red robe at the back neck seam. There is active fraying and slight fabric loss on the red crepe material along this seam line.

* **Underarm Seam:** There is a visible split/open seam along the underarm area.

* **Tag:** The original fabric "Barbie ®" label is missing/cut out. Only a small, frayed white thread remnant remains in the inner neckline.

* **Fabric & Print:** The gold leaf stenciling is still clearly visible with a nice metallic sheen. The red fabric has some dark surface smudging/soiling across the upper back from age and play.

* **Hardware:** The original metal collar snap is intact, functional, and securely attached.
