These LIVING PLANET CAPRIS are WOMEN'S SIZE 6 and are 100% cotton, with a stretchy waistband of cotton/spandex. They are BRAND NEW WITH TAGS. There is a very faint soil mark on the side of the waistband, due to being dropped on the floor at the store. It will easily wash out! The fabric is similar to cotton shirt material.
