At GB DIY Store we understand that when you've placed an order you want your goods as soon as possible. Any orders which are placed before 3pm will be dispatched the very same day, Monday - Friday. Any orders made after that time will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

How to Return Your Item

To start a return for any reason, please follow these steps:

• Open a Return Request through your eBay account. eBay will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid postage label for you to use.
• Package the item securely. While the return postage is on us, the safe return of the product is your responsibility. Please ensure it is well-packaged for its journey back to us.
• Ensure the item is in its original condition. For a full refund, the product must be returned in a brand new and unused condition, complete with its original packaging and any included accessories. Please be aware that if an item is returned used, damaged, or with missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please send us a direct message first before opening a case. We're a small team and will work with you quickly to resolve the problem at our expense.

Will my parcel have tracking?

Everything we dispatch has some form of tracking or delivery confirmation. We will email you with the relevant tracking information once we have dispatched your order.

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us immediately. All of our parcels have a form of tracking so we should be able to find the problem and resolve it right away for you.

Can I return my order?
