Note says; "" Loan Under Sec. 6 Act of  Feb. 17th 1864.  The Confederate States of America Will pay to the bearer THREE DOLLARS for Six Months Interest Due (followed by Due Date) on Bond No. 3383 For $100 ""  followed by a LIVE signature.
