A 1912 Daughters of the American Revolution certificate announcing Judith Tyler as a Chapter Regent in the state of Ohio.  Signed by Julia G Scott & more.  I'm unsure if signatures are hand signed or stamped/printed.  Certificate is inside vintage/antique frame.  I have not removed certificate from the frame, so I am unsure of paper quality (Also, a possibly that certificate is mounted inside frame's backing).  Frame does have some scuffs and seems antique/vintage (?).
