Brand new with tags. Length of dress from neck to very bottom is approximately 42-42.5 inches. Armpit to armpit is approximately 15 inches. Waist is approximately 26 inches.

The top part of the dress by the sleeves, the chest and the shoulders is see-through. The waist is also see-through, as well as the very bottom (see last photo of a stock image of what the dress looks like on a person).
