This is a vintage signed and dated watercolor painting of a lighthouse in a coastal seascape.

It is signed in the bottom left corner though it is difficult to make out. Perhaps J. Arnukáge 34.

The frame measures 11 1/4 inches high x 15 3/4 inches wide (28.6 cm x 40 cm). The viewable part of the painting measures 4 3/8 inches high x 8 7/8 inches wide (11.1 cm x 22.5 cm).

The painting on this is beautifully done. With the brown and green colors, it looks very realistic.

The artwork itself is in very good condition. However, when you shine a light on it at a certain angle, you can see some white cloudiness and spots beneath the glass. I would think this was caused by moisture somehow, though it appears to be only on the glass itself.

The mat has a small stain in the upper left corner.

The frame has some nicks and dings to it, but is generally in good condition.

It weighs 1 pound 11 1/2 ounces (778 g).
