Vintage Borghese Plaster Green Outfitted Couple Man and Woman 9 1/2 Inches Tall. Borghese products are reproductions of antiques. I do not know if they are still in business. From a trade catalog" "Borghese is made by Niepold's Washington, D.C. and distributed to dealers throughout the United States by Charles Hall Inc.". I know that Niepold's was in business in 1922. This pair has been in my family since the early 1960's. There are no chips or cracks or scratches.. They are holding a dog and a cat. They both have hats. I think they are leaning against trees or bushes. I recently saw the female figurine in the movie, Blazing Saddles. She was in the dressing room of the character, Madeline Kahn. I added a photo from my TV screen.
