I checked all ,and about 2 keys have no noise ,all else is fine ..
only flaw is a bit off edging missing (can be seen in photo)
believe this is an easy fix
anyway nice looking accordion. bellows are good and firm no issues there.
if overseas interest please inquir about postage before purchase ,as it could be a lot higher than postage quoted
