Even for two sizes 27.5mm and 28.2mm, when you receive it, it may also not fit exactly on your saxophones. If you find it looses, please send message to us, we shall send you video/message to you how to solve the problem. If you find it too tight, please try to polish it a little by sandpaper inside the neck package we provided. 

Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box).
