This vintage Bible is in Good overall cosmetic and structural condition, showing signs of reverent use and standard aging:
Binding & Spine: The maroon buckram cloth binding is solid, square, and tight. The spine features clear gold-stamped lettering reading "HOLY BIBLE," "REVISED STANDARD VERSION," and "NELSON." There is light shelf rubbing to the corner tips and spine ends (see photos).
Spine Wear & Chipping: Please note that there is noticeable chipping, flaring, and rubbing to the faux-leather/cloth surface finish along the top and bottom edges of the spine cap and corner edges, exposing the lighter fabric material underneath (see photos).
Interior Pages: The pages are clean, bright, and exceptionally crisp. There are no signs of heavy text underlining, highlighting, or dog-eared corners.
Personal Ephemera & Inscriptions: The front flyleaf contains a vintage, handwritten gift presentation inscription dated "Aug. 26, 1955" that reads: "Words not taught by human wisdom" and "From Rich with love" (see photos).
