Antique letter embossing press with address block for Wood Street, Banff.

Cast iron construction with turned wood handle and hand painted decoration.

Approximately 11.5cm long, 27cm high, 6cm wide. Weight - 1.18kg

Smooth action. Some chips to paint and small areas of rust. The fabric on the base to protect surfaces has been removed. The base block onto which the address block presses is missing. Still a decorative piece and would make a great paperweight.
