Still has the original spare buttons in a bag attached to the inner label as shown

Label shows the design as "Dark Red 540".

The shirt itself is a long sleeved Oxford style shirt with button down collar, with button down also on the reverse of the collar.

Double buttoned cuffs.

Colour I would say is a dark red and blue check
