Antique 19th Century Cobalt Blue Blown Glass Beaker / Wine Glass – Pontil Marked

A striking antique cobalt blue hand-blown glass vessel, likely dating from 19th Century possibly earlier. Featuring a flared trumpet-shaped body with a rounded foot, this attractive piece displays numerous air bubbles and manufacturing irregularities characteristic of traditional hand-blown glass.

The base shows a rough pontil scar, indicating hand-finishing after removal from the blowing iron. The rich deep cobalt blue colour is particularly vibrant when viewed in natural light.

This versatile piece could be used as a small vase, beaker, spill vase, or simply displayed as a decorative glass collectible.
