Measured across the front when laying flat: 19 inches across the waist with the elastic relaxed, 24 inches across the hip, 13 inch rise, 27 inch inseam, 24.5 inch inseam with cuffs rolled and buttoned, 7.5 inches across the bottom hem of the pant leg.
