Have sold a few clocks and this is can obviously see is quality,  i dont really want to take it to pieces to find out which maker  it is but am guessing its either wm widdop or Hermle,  its working fine as a clock but it is not chiming,  the center wind up is turning and cranking put popping after a few turns
