Most importantly I want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.  I do accept returns and will happily resolve any problems you may encounter. 

I have lots of experience of packing breakables and your item will be packed carefully to ensure its safe arrival.  I use bubble wrap with additional protective packaging and always box my breakable items.  In the unfortunate and hopefully unlikely event that your item arrives damaged I will ensure that you are refunded in full.

There is a general dispatch time of up to 2 working days (often less)  for standard deliveries.   

Collection is sometimes possible from Leicester Forest East, Leicestershire.
