Made in England, lovely quality decorative item

Marked with initials CA on the base and what I take to be the year mark for 1998.

Size is approx 9 inches (23cm) tall

I believe this dates from the 1990's

Good condition, no chips or cracks, some light crazing to the glaze.  Please check the pictures.
