Large point-of-sale mechanical display modeled after the iconic Victorinox Swiss Army Knife. Constructed with oversized red scales, polished metal tool forms, and a faux woodgrain pedestal base marked "Made in Switzerland" and "Victorinox The original Swiss Army Knives." When powered, the various oversized knife implements rotate in and out of the body, demonstrating the functionality and versatility of the famous pocket knife design. The display features multiple oversized blades, can opener, bottle opener, screwdriver, and grooming tools arranged around a central rotating mechanism.
Victorinox was founded in 1884 by Karl Elsener in Ibach, Switzerland, and became internationally known as the manufacturer of the original Swiss Army Knife, supplying multifunction pocket knives to military and civilian markets worldwide.
Shows moderate to heavy display wear including scratches, scuffs, oxidation, and surface wear to metal components. Red plastic body exhibits significant cracking and losses with broken sections present at both ends as photographed. Base shows scattered wear and a visible crack near the mounting collar. Mechanism has been tested and functions, rotating the knife implements in and out of the body when powered.
