This scarce card is one in a series of  48 cards issued in Canada by  the NEILSON Chocolate Company.  One was inserted into each package of  NEILSONS Chocolate Bars.  They are listed as V66 in Burdick’s American Card Catalogue, they are entitled “Trixie Trix ”. .  The front of each card carries a 1925 copyright, and I assume that is also the date of issue.  Each card features an image of a person performing a Magic trick.  The back of the card features an explanation as to how  to perform the trick.    The back also states that there are 48 cards in the series and also has advertising for Neilson’s Chocolates.  This card number 30 in the series. The Card measures 2 1/2 inches by 1 3/8  inches approximately.  The card does have some creasing  I think it displays nicely.  I have scanned the front and back of the card fairly large so you can determine the condition for  yourself.  .   THESE CARDS WERE NEVER ISSUED IN THE  U.S.A or U.K.  and are scarce.  Due to the lower population in Canada,  print runs were much smaller compared with American and British Cards. (Because of this the majority of all Canadian non sports cards are far scarcer than cards issued in the USA and UK).
