This is a lot of 184 1994 marvel masterpieces by Fleer. The base set is nearly all here, but missing these cards:

5 - Black Bolt

14 - Blood Wraith

38 - Firestar

44 - Green Goblin

57 - Jack of hearts

65 - Kymaera

99 - Red Skull

122 - Thanos

131 - Venom

The extra duplicates are all splayed out in one of the pictures so you can see what extras are included. There is one additional Spiderman, and a couple extra Iron Mans.

Additionally, you will get six of the silver hollow foil cards, and the apocalypse power blast. They are pictured separately. 

I also took separate shots of what I assumed to be the more popular cards of the set. They're all in great condition.

Overall, the condition of these cards is quite good. The corners are Sharp. I have taken pictures that show all the corners. Any fuzz typically gets exaggerated by contrast-happy digital cameras, but I would rather under-promise and over-deliver than the other way around.  The hollow foil cards seem to be particularly sharp. There is a bit of peeling at the bottom of iron man. That is pictured.
