Here is a nice china head doll that stands 10 inches tall. I purchased her from a California collection of a 90 year old woman. This is a nice example of a china doll that was not played with. These were reproduced for adult collectors in the 1040’s or 1950’s, and I believe that is how old this doll is. While photographing her, I see that her clothes are stitched on, so I can’t check for a “Germany” mark on her shoulder plate. I do see a faint crack on her right shoulder. It’s well covered by her nice clothes. This is a pretty doll being offered at a very low starting price. Someone loved her. It’s time for the next chapter of her dolly life.
