This sight has of course been used, but it is not damaged and actually in very good condition.
Designed for .303 Lee Enfield No.4 service rifle action - so it'll fit your target rifle if it is based on the LE or straight onto your No.4 or even a No.5
It has 1/2 MOA click elevation and windage adjustments.
It comes with its rear mounting screw / bolt only.
There is no eye piece - however any Parker Hale eye piece will fit and I have a couple listed.
What you see is what you will get.
