The i1Pro 2 is widely supported by major RIP software, including EFI Fiery, Onyx, Caldera, VersaWorks, and more.
Also compatible with frontends from Creo, Scitex, Barco, and others.
Works with tools like DisplayCAL, ArgyllCMS, LittleArgyllGUI, HCFR, and CalMAN.
Supported by JVC Autocal for projector calibration (DLA-NX9, NX7, NX5, RS3000, RS2000, RS1000, etc.).

Please note: This unit does not include any X-Rite i1Profiler or i1Match licenses. But don't worry — if you have an independent RIP or color management workflow with its own calibration software, you can create custom RGB and CMYK printer profiles with this spectrophotometer.


2) Spot Color Measurement & ΔE Analysis
Supports spot color measurements — ideal for verifying printed color accuracy, ink consistency, and ΔE values versus Pantone, CMYK, or ISO standards.
Suitable for flexographic and offset printing workflows, especially in training environments or budget-conscious print shops where portable or autonomous devices may not be available.
✔ Fully compatible with ProfileMaker 5’s Measure Tool (available free from X-Rite).
🔹 Note: While the full ProfileMaker suite requires a dongle, the Measure Tool module does not.

With the Measure Tool, you can:

✅ Measure spot colors in Lab, LCh, and other models
✅ Analyze color differences using formulas like 
ΔE2000

This device helps maintain ISO printing standards and control color quality using ΔE values. It's an excellent tool for learning ΔE-based color control before investing in high-end autonomous spectrophotometers (€6,000+). 

This is a practical and affordable solution — especially for users with a computer and monitor near the press console or print control station.


3) 🔐 EFI Licenses

Some EFI-branded ES-2000 units may retain active EFI Color Profiler Suite (CPS) licenses.

Professional optical cleaning performed.

The device has an updated finish — the original soft-touch coating (which typically becomes sticky over time on i1Pro2 units) has been professionally removed. The housing is now clean, smooth, and comfortable for regular use.

After cleaning:
✅ Fully tested using X-Rite Diagnostics — all tests passed
✅ Accuracy verified using a set of 12 BCRA Series II ceramic tiles
👉 Average accuracy: ΔE = 0.25

BCRA (British Ceramic Research Association) tiles are the global "gold standard" for spectrophotometer verification and are used by manufacturers such as X-Rite and Konica Minolta.

An average ΔE of 0.25 is excellent and comparable to factory-level performance (similar to a NEW device).
