Wonderful older bell looks great.   Has wood handle.   Looks like a brass metal base.

This appears to be handmade with lines on the inside of the brass, and the uneveness of the brass on the outside.   Patina

Measures approx:
-  8" tall from base to tip of handle. 
-  4" bell
- 4.5" mouth of bell.
