Butterick 3928 Misses Blouse and Skirt Designed by Kenzo Vintage 1974 sewing pattern in Misses size 10. (Bust: 32 1/2", Waist: 25", Hip: 34 1/2") 

This 1974 pattern features a loose-fitting blouse with back and front yokes, inset front buttoned band and long sleeves. Skirt, in 2 lengths, has slanted pockets and adjustable buttoned waistband.

Pattern is in vintage condition, uncut and factory folded, with all original instruction sheets included. Envelope shows a very small amount of wear, with slight creases, small tears, and some discoloration.
