This playset is UNBELIEVEABLE! So much more incredible in-person than I had ever imagined. I wish I could keep it (I keep reminding myself that I am a reseller, not a collector :). If you are a collector of Playmobil... this is a MUST own... even if you typically don't collect "dollhouse" items. This has a serious WOW factor! 

What is even more amazing is that this comes with 9 others sets. Most are only missing an item or two. These other sets will fill the Mansion's rooms and make it a Tier 1 display. 

SHIPPING NOTE: The mansion and all the additional sets are packaged in the original Mansion box. The box is wrapped in plastic wrap and then covered in white shipping plastic. 

Shipping will expensive. Sorry about that. But, I cannot do anything about the shipping costs. It is based upon exact weight and dimensions. It's a huge set. 22lbs.
