Vintage Brass Light Switch Cover/Plate


  • Vintage Light Switch Cover/Plate
  • Not sure of the exact age: From a home that was remodeled in the 1940s and the 1960s
  • Single switch
  • Brass - magnet does NOT adhere. Hefty - not flimsy or lightweight.
  • Approximately 2 3/4 inches x 4 1/2 inches
  • Camouflaged by the patina on the reverse, what appears to be: CEMCO - Bridgeport, Maine
  • Very clean
  • Shows numerous scratches and wear - some could possibly be buffed out (see photos). Far from perfect and definitely does NOT look new.
  • The front has been quickly polished to remove most of the old lacquer - patina should return in time
  • Back shows patina 
  • Remnants of what was probably lacquer along edges (see photos)
  • Will ship in a box (NOT an envelope) for protection
