Please note while using ebay shipping labels or esu ( items valued $20 or less) at a dicounted shipping rate, this is for your convenience. Understand this will ship in a plain white envelope securely and though it shows a tracking trail these are not tracked like usps ground, but more like a postage stamp with random distribution center check ins. It is very limited tracking if at all so please be patient.

We are not responsible for missing or lost esu label packages after leaving our shop with usps. Packing of these items are typically photo documented. As we do apologize for the inconvenience in advance, we can no longer issue refunds for lost esu packages.

Instead, if determined applicable by LPBMLLC, we will offer a 1 time replacement item of equal value.

All Packages eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase

No returns on sealed products no exceptions.

Usps ground is offered for every item at the time of checkout (will not select automatically with auto pay). If you are not familiar with the esu label process or how to change the shipping provided, please ask for the invoice with that option before purchase.
