Signed lower middle by Betty C. Boyle of Indiana.   Several boats and figures along a marina dock, untitled but dated 1977.   Looks great in what is likely the original frame.   An original watercolor on paper, not a print.  Ready for the wall, looks great as found in a local estate.

Great shape, the painting is free of any damage, clean, no fading, no staining, no creases, no tears-mint.   The frame looks great, tight and square, good hanger, no chips, no cracks.  The frame has some very light scratches, surface rubs from typical handling.  Glass is free of chips, cracks or scratches.   The matting looks quite nice, clean and free of damage or staining.  Direct from a local estate and looks fantastic as found.  Please review the photos and feel free to send any questions.
