Like new, appears to be lightly or never used.  Rollers and everything are clean and look like new.
I am not sure if this version detects HKD only or HKD + RMB notes, but it can probably be used for a counter only of other notes (without detection)

Note this is for 220v Power Only, will not work in US without proper plug or adaptor. (See Photos)
This should work in the US if you have a  NEMA 6-15 Plug to C13 cable (Around $10), and the correct NEMA 6-15A 220V plug (usually used for 220v appliances like air conditioners)

I have no way to test it, but it is in perfect condition as shown and should work properly.
