We're listing this in the "For Parts or Not Working" category because it isn't fully tested. We powered it on and one of the fans was loud upon startup, then went quiet and the fan fail indicator light turned on - Upon opening and closing the front panel, the fan started up again and was a bit quieter, but still noisy, and kept running without the fan fail light illuminating. We received this item from a client of ours, and cannot fully test it. It might be fully working besides the fan, or there might be functional issues or parts missing that we are not aware of.
