POSTAGE/CARRIAGE/COLLECTION
Items may be collected by arrangement during business hours Monday to Saturday. Please contact us BEFORE travelling to make an appointment for collection. The collection code supplied by Ebay will be required as will proof of identity and address, matching the buyer's details confirmed on Ebay.
Postage charges given in the listing, or where postage is provided free, are for destinations in mainland England and Wales only. For all other destinations please contact us prior to the purchase of an item so we can give the correct carriage costs for your location, as an additional carriage charge may apply. Items will not be shipped unless the correct postage has been paid for. We do not send items outside of the UK.
Items are sent to the address confirmed on Ebay following payment by either our courier or a Royal Mail service, subject to the size and weight of the item.

RETURNS
All parts must be checked at the time of delivery. On delivery, please inspect the package and goods. If the courier does not give you time to inspect and you are not sure whether or not the item may have been damaged in transit, write damaged before accepting the item. This is to ensure that, if necessary, a damages claim can be made against the courier. Contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and let us know the reason. The item should be returned in the condition it was supplied and in the original unopened packaging. Any evidence of removal of our security markings, fitment, use, testing of the item or any partial dismantling or stripping of the item will affect any refund offered.
The cost of returning an item, either because you have changed your mind or you purchased the wrong part for your vehicle, will be at your cost. The original delivery cost will not be refunded and there will be an additional 20% handling fee charged.
If an item is returned as 'faulty' we will require the following information - the full vehicle registration/chassis number, the original fault with your vehicle prior to purchase of the item, the fault found with the item we have supplied and any tests carried out to confirm the fault with the item. The item will be checked and tested once returned before any refund will be offered.
