Each Afghan rug tells a story through its patterns—

expressing beliefs, traditions, and emotions passed

down through generations. These rugs are not only

decorative items but also meaningful works of art

that carry cultural and historical significance.

All carpets are handcrafted by skilled artisans,

often women from nomadic communities in northern

Afghanistan, working from their homes using

traditional methods. Creating a single rug can

take 2 to 3 months and involves the dedicated

effort of 3 to 4 weavers.

Northern and western regions are well known for

their strong commitment to this craft, with many

looms still in operation today. Afghan rugs are

considered among the finest in the world, often

using the durable and highly regarded Afghan

double-knot technique.

Quality & Care:

All rugs are washed and ready for use upon

arrival. Wool is highly durable and resistant

to everyday wear. Vacuum regularly to maintain

condition. Professional cleaning is recommended

for tough stains. Please note: Colors may vary

slightly due to screen differences
