The "ALBATROSS-JAZZ 20" features a spruce top. It combines the excellent handling of a compact body size with the rich bass and natural resonance characteristic of a hollow body.

Unlike typical chambered bodies, it employs a unique construction where the entire body is hollowed out before the center block is placed. Despite its small size, when chords are played, you can feel a rich resonance with a sense of airiness, fully enjoying the full-bodied sound characteristic of a hollow body.

The center block is made of maple, adding a moderate definition and response to the warm and mild tone of the African mahogany back. Furthermore, the center block shape has been redesigned with this renewal, achieving a high level of balance between airiness and solid attack.

This guitar features the "Classic 77" pickup, a joint development between Mojotone, a hand-wired pickup brand from North Carolina, USA, and SeventySeven. With its Alnico 2 magnet and low output design, it boasts a vintage PAF-like character, along with clear midrange and natural compression.

Its responsiveness, faithfully outputting the richness of the acoustic sound, is also a major appeal. For chord work, you can enjoy the airy and three-dimensional sound characteristic of a hollow-body guitar. The difference between pickup positions is relatively smooth, allowing for natural sound transitions during performance. Furthermore, the controls are highly responsive, directly reflecting nuances from volume and tone adjustments, making it ideal for players who want to actively express their sound through their hands.

Boasting the high level of craftsmanship unique to the Asuka factory, the headstock features an "Aska Made" inlay as a mark of quality. This is a Japanese-made, handmade model that fully brings out the player's nuances.
