In our condition categories, "New (Surplus)" means items originally issued to military personnel but never used.
In most cases, the military will provide replacement parts for virtually any equipment or clothing in case soldiers need to replace lost or damaged pieces. After 2-4 years (depending on the country), all personal equipment - both main and spare parts - will be replaced regardless of actual use. This is how unused quality military items get into our warehouse.

Shipping within Germany is reliable with DHL and includes tracking. Delivery is to both your Home Address as well as to a DHL Packstation possible.
If you would like delivery to a Packstation, please specify your Post Number as well as the Packstation Number on.
Average delivery time within Germany:

Shipping to other countries is with alternative shipping partners. Delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the destination country.

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy from the day the goods are received.
In the event of a return for reasons not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
