Each is approximately 3.5" tall.

Note that the two figurines are attached via a stitch or small amount of glue between Mrs. Claus' apron and Santa's jacket.  

In good overall condition.  Mrs. Claus' dress is slightly indented in the lower back.  She is also missing her hanging cord.  Both have small holes on the bottom where you could insert a pick.
