After completing "Buy It Now", if you are unable to complete Checkout, you can contact us to tell us the payment method you prefer.

Our products are shipped with SDA or GLS express courier, large household appliances with Fercam courier. Delivery will take place exclusively on working days, the courier makes the first delivery without notice.

REFUND

The customer has the right to open an eBay return within 30 days of receiving the goods and GrandinGroup will send the Customer instructions for proceeding with the return.
