This auction is for a rare figurine of a multicoloured winged butterfly girl made in the Art Deco period by the German manufacturer of Goebel (Est.1871). She stands quite tall at 39cm and is raised on a pierced green glazed base. The design is very similar to the butterfly figures made by Goldscheider in the same period. The base is impresssed with the Goebel factory stamp and numbers etc, see photos. The Condition is very good.
