Local pick up in West Palm Beach, Florida is encouraged. But I cannot accept electronic payments for local pick ups.

That is simply because I will not have to pay Fedex or the USPS to ship it to you. RETURNS
Returns are not accepted unless I send you the incorrect part, I send something that is significantly not as described, or I send you something that is proven to be defective. If a return is authorized because I was told that part is defective, that part will be tested before a refund is given. If you tell me it is defective & it is not, no refund will be issued. This is done to reduce the number of people that tell me something is defective when it is not, just so they can return an item to get a refund. I test virtually all parts before I list them on Ebay. So defective parts from me are extremely rare.
