Easy To Install In Minutes
- Shut off your pool pump and filter.
- Close any valves between the filter and pool to prevent draining the pool.
- Unscrew the locking ring counterclockwise and remove. Lift cap straight off. You may need to
- gently rock back and forth to remove.
- Remove the old cartridge. Then insert the New E-cowlboy Cartridge.
- Place cap so it rests flat on the housing base. Screw locking ring clockwise until it locks.
- Do Not Overtighten.
- Rotate the month indicator ring on the cap top to remind you when to change the cartridge.
- Open any valves that were closed to isolate the vessel. Then restart your pool pump.
- Check for leaks and fix any leaking fittings.
- Follow the start up procedures included with your E-cowlboy replacement cartridge.
- For Pro G Vessel: Make sure o-ring is secure in the groove on the underside of the cap and not on the vessel.
- For Pro G Plus Vessel: Make sure O-ring is secure in the groove on the vessel top and not on the underside of the cap.
