This is a 1989 Topps Traded Rookie Card #41T that has been hand signed by Ken Griffey Jr. The condition of the signature was graded a Gem Mint 10 by PSA/DNA. It has been certified authentic by PSA/DNA and comes encapsulated in their tamper-proof holder.
