Binder is overall in good condition with normal wear and tear. Great for SEARS memorabilia enthusiasts collectors, or just someone that is looking to organize documents in original SEARS 3 ring binder. Vinyl on binder does not have cuts just some yellowing due its age and some normal curvature.
