Wonderful set of five large antique napkins. Dating from the early 1900's 1900-10 or so. Possibly late 10th. Lovely large napkins that could also be used as guest or kitchen towels. Lovely white woven textile with diamond motif, tonal side stripes and meticulously hand sen hems. Linen with perhaps cotton blend, very soft floppy hand. Set weights over just under 2lbs.

Condition: very good for age and use! No notable flaws that caught my eye.

I do my best to accurately describe condition and point out major flaws, but condition is seldom perfect as one would expect from a 100 year old textile. Small marks and flaws should be expected. The timeworn look and signs of their unique history is part of what makes them so charming and special!
