Wonderful  large 19th century floral curtain panel, dating 1860-70.  Wonderful mid to heavier weight woven textured cotton. Lovely light sage ground with cream tonal stylized background design. Beautiful bright flowers and pomegranates in shades of red, pink. blue and browns. A very unusual and elegant  color combination! Hand gathered on linen tape at top and small brass rings for hanging and raw frayed edge at bottom.
Hand sewn from two full panels in center (both with original selvedge edges intact @ 33") and two half panels on end that have machine hems.

This lovely textile is currently pieced into a large curtain panel, but it would be wonderful to use as yardage for upholstery, pillows or other sewing projects!

Condition: Overall lovely antique condition with some spots here and there, Most look like rust that may come out with Wink should you choose to try. Some small holes on one panel at bottom. I personally love the signs of age and use! And the rust is so similar to the other colors for me it does not detract.  See last photo for spot example.
Freshly laundered and ready to use!
Please see photos and use zoom for additional information and detail.

Approximate measurements: 46" wide at gathered top 93" wide at bottom X 67" long.

I do my best to accurately describe condition and point out major flaws, but condition is seldom perfect as one would expect from a 100 year old textile. Small marks and flaws should be expected. The timeworn look and signs of their unique history is part of what makes them so charming and special!
