This offering is for an original antique stoneware jug that features a brown glaze on the upper two thirds of the body with the lower 1/3 being unglazed. The jug is app. a 1/2 gallon in size and measures app. 9.75" tall to the top of the lip and 5" in maximum diameter. The glaze is beautiful and was quite obviously intentional. There is a tight crack the runs across the top surface of the handle that does not appear to be on the underside. Otherwise there are no chips, cracks breaks or repairs and the jug displays beautifully. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 40.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
