Frame is scratched and scuffed but hinges and buttons work as they should

Seat Fabric is STAINED and has HEAVY Fading ( This unit serves best if you already have another seat fabric or if you plan to use a seat cover on top of this one)

This is NOT a rumble seat . This seat will only fit in the top position of the stroller frame
