1990 G.I. JOE COMMAND RING AIRBORNE
In 1990, G.I. Joe Command Rings were included free in specially packaged G.I. Joe figures. This has not been painted nor repaired and is completely original. The vintage Military collector card is near mint and great for display.

In 1990, G.I.Joe Command Rings were included free in specially
packaged G.I.Joe figures. Eight rings were available, and each figure with a
ring came with a folding insert describing the rings.
The insert explains: “G.I.Joe Command Rings are worn by Joe and
Cobra forces to signify their combat specialty. Never before have these rings
been available to you. Now, you can collect all 8 and show your friends that
you're a member of the elite G.I.Joe Forces!”
The eight rings are Airborne, Artillery Force, Arctic Force,
Infantry, S.E.A.L., Shuttle Crew, T.A.R.G.A.T., and Tank Corps.
On the back of the insert was an offer to order G.I.Joe
sunglasses.
